  • My brother used to work for the railroad.  He told me that the federal standard from lights flashing till the train crosses the track is 20 seconds.  Union Pacific usually does 30. Now--do you really think you can swerve your way across in under 20 seconds?

  • I don't believe in unions anymore. They are just for political purposes of the leadership. I haven't talked to a single person who actually had the union go to bat for a single worker's problem. They have out lived their purpose to protect the individual.

  • Sorry--many states wouldn't be in this situation if they didn't have to pay for people who aren't legal citizens. This includes people bringing over their aging parents from other countries and putting them on our health care. They should only get basic care and then shipped back over the border.

  • If you have not been treated for an illness in 5 years you should not have to list it. My brother was in "remission" and not treated for Lupus for over 25 years. Why should he even have to list it? This is where the insurance companies can really get you.
